I Need help with setting Up a Local Network with Open Source Tools

Hello guys! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I am new to home networking and open source software. I know a little bit about networks but I am hoping to set up a small network for my home office using free and open source tools.

I had really appreciate some advice on a few things:

  • What are the best free programs for setting up and managing a home network? Reliability and a helpful community are important to me.
  • Are there any clear instructions for building a network from scratch using open source tools? Step-by-step stuff would be great.
  • What security measures should I take when setting up my network? Are there any specific free security tools I should look at?
  • What are some common problems people run into with open source networking, and how can I fix them?

I also check this: https://discuter.rezo.net/uploads/short-url/iUVnvtqjs2PfJ6xnUU19vrtRfuUruby But I have not found any solution. Could anyone guide me about this? I am excited to learn more and would be grateful for any advice, tips, or resources you can share.

Thanks in advance! :innocent:
